Petteri Luoto was born in Turku, studied at Turku Restaurant College, worked at restaurants in Helsinki,
Turku and Göteborg.
He was elected as Chef of the Year in 1998. In addition, he was the Finnish representative in Bocuse d´Or contest, two times as a Chef and once as an assistant. He was the winner of the Gold Medal in 2005 (meat dish).
During the years, he has made study trips to USA, China, France, Italy, England, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, etc.
His hobbies include modern visual arts, gastronomy, music and movies.
