I completed my BBA degree in 2010 from Helsinki Metropolia of Applied Sciences and my major is International Finance.
As part of my studies,  I studied one year in Guangzhou Sun Yat Sen University, where I completed MBA courses in the Finance program.
I wrote my  Thesis for a Finnish airliner Finnair.  Topic of the thesis was a market analysis of Southern China for an aviation company for which I did three surveys for different customer segments in the area.

Position:        Pavilion Guide
Description:        Main duties include explaining the content and message of the exhibition of the Finnish pavilion in the world Expo 2010 Shanghai to pavilion guests, as a representative of Finland, as well as receiving and guiding VIP groups and delegations and media representatives in the pavilion.
Other duties include ensuring smooth and safe people flow in and outside of the pavilion.

Description:         Main duties as customer service manager included leading team of 6 people working at the reception of Welfare center of Elixia Tali and ensuring that the level of the customer service is excellent in every situations.

I was also responsible of team of 10 people working at the child care of Elixia Tali. Main duties included guiding Elixia Tali towards its main strategy: best possible customer service. I was also responsible for doing working schedules for the two teams, paying salaries and accounting.

Description:         I was a project manager for market analysis of the Southern China area, especially of Guangdong province. My goals were to find out whether or not Guangzhou route is profitable for Finnair and which is the main focus group for Finnair in the area.

My responsibilities were also to find and contact corporate customers for Finnair in the Guangdong area and introducing them to the Finnair Corporate program.

Future plans

My main focus in my studies and working experience have been in China. Chinese markets and culture have become familiar for me which I consider being a major competence in the future.
A natural step for me is to continue with this path which I have found out to be challenging yet extremely rewarding. Therefore I wish to find a job where I can continue to improve my language skills and knowledge of China..
