Besides working at the Expo 2010, I am currently writing my Master’s thesis in Commercial Law at Hanken School of Economics. I am due to graduate at the beginning of 2011. During my study years, I have spent longer periods abroad. I spent one year in China studying Chinese language and culture at Nankai University in Tianjin and one year in Germany studying Sinology at Freie Universität Berlin. Additionally, I lived half a year in Spain studying Spanish and working.

I have always been very interested in languages and in interacting with different cultures. As an example spending three weeks in the heart of Kenya as a volunteer, helping out in an elementary school. I speak fluent Swedish, Finnish, English and German. My Chinese is good conversational and I have basic skills in Spanish.

After Expo, I will start looking for a job. I consider all jobs but my ideal employer is international, valuing the possibilities different cultures and markets possess. My fondness for cross-cultural intercommunication and my willingness to learn new things in a fast paced environment would make me a strong player in any organization. My friends and colleagues describe me as optimistic, hard-working and easy to get along with.
